Shane Willard: Founder and Lead Handler
Shane Willard combines hands-on experience with formal study in Level 3 Animal Management at Plumpton College. He oversees daily operations, client care and training plans. Our qualified staff follow a programme of ongoing training and development, with NASDU Level 2 and decoy certification planned.

Ryan Dench: Dog Walker
Ryan Dench is a dedicated dog walker and animal care professional aged 24 with a grounded agricultural background and formal training in small animal care. He holds a Level 2 qualification in Animal Welfare and Small Animal Care and brings a calm, confident presence to every walk and session. Ryan’s passion for the dog industry grew from hands‑on experience outdoors and a genuine love of dogs, and he combines that enthusiasm with a high level of attention to detail — spotting small changes in behaviour, coat condition or gait that help keep dogs safe and healthy.
